So I was supposed to go to the gym yesterday...
Partly becuase I woke up too late, got to work late,
worked late to compensate, and my nephew was ill,
and I needed to clean the litterbox and make some
food for today...
I know, I know... Excuses...
I do realize that I make 'em up.
My brother is right about that.
What I have been doing though, is cut back on carbs, and
increase my intake of proteins a little bit instead, and also
I eat more vegetables. So this week, even without workout
I've lost about half a kilo.
So for those of you who weigh a lot, and don't feel
like going to the gym, start chaninging your eating habits.
It will be tough, especially if you often eat "junkfood" like
burgers, strips, chips, candy, pizza and so on...
Cut back on salt as well, because salt binds fluids.
It will take time, but let it do so.
The more you weigh, the faster you'll drop pounds in the beginning.
After a while, you will hit a wall, but don't give up!
If you've dropped weight only by changing your eating habits, try
to start walking ten minutes a day. Everyone has got ten minutes.
Every extra step is good if you're overweight!
I know, I preach but I don't practise, yet.
It takes a while to get motivated.
Set a goal for yourself. Wanna have a family?
Wanna be able to run a marathon? Wanna
play paintball? Wanna be able to show yourself at the beach?
Take babysteps, set up some goals along the way, that will
help to motivate you! :-)
Also, (ranting) our brain likes carbs. Carbs are easy-to-pick-up-energy.
That's why you will have trouble putting away candy and stuff in the beginning.

I know, I said I was gonna be back here on Monday.
Anyway, I was at the gym yesterday with my nephew.
We got the tour, and how to use the machines and stuff.
That took about an hour, and then we went home...
Hopefully, tomorrow is the day we start for real.
My goal is to lose 20KG before summer, like, well, actually
I want to lose that much before we reach June 1st, but maybe
it's more likely to happen before July 1st.
It is possible, if I take everything I know, and just
concentrate on it, it will be done.
Less carbs, more veggies, and about the same amount
of meat, combined with hard work at the gym should make
it happen. Also, I've got some trees in my garden that need to
be cut down, and other gardening stuff... I only hope that the
weather is with me this year...

Hello to all of you who reads this blog. :-)
On monday the 27th of January, I will be heading back to the gym.
But this time, I won't be alone. My nephew is old enough to start
"gymming", so he will join me.
He'll be there mostly to get more/bigger muscles, and I will
go there to keep fighting my weight. The good thing is that
he is almost as stubborn as me, so he'll nag me to pick my a$$ up
and get to the gym.
If I work hard, I could lose 20-25 kilograms before summer, and
that would be sooo nice!
Also, I'm talking to this girl (woman, she's 20+) and hopefully
she's interrested in getting to know me better. I know I want to know
her better, and we'll take it from there. Or not... We'll see what happens...
I really shouldn't write about that yet, but it's hard to keep the feels inside...
Anyway, thanks for reading! :-)

So, yesterday was not a good day for me. Work was alright, so
that wasn't a problem, really. It's just that I had a bad day. Didn't feel
like doing anything really. Just wanted to go home and shut the door
and stay inside by my self for a while.
Sometimes I feel like that. Didn't even want to get out of bed. My boss
thought I overslept, so he was a bit irritated. I have overslept many times
before, so it's understandable. I'm actually lucky that I still have a job.
I could be a world champion in oversleeping.
Anyways, today is a new day, and I'm feeling better, but not great.
Gonna put up a new video on my youtube channel today. Just
need to record and edit it first.

Nothing positive has happened these last two month with my weight, and
I have only got myself to blame. It takes a lot of hard work, and right now
most of my time goes in to my regular job and youtube. And household stuff.
I hardly even have time to go online and play with my friends.
It will get better though, as soon as my calender on youtube is done. :-)
Also my nephew will start going to the gym, so we can workout at the same
time, and thus I will have someone to push me to get there.
I know it's been a while since I wrote anything in this blog. Busy you know...
More to come, but now - breakfast!

This evening the company I work for, and it's staff, (and me of course) will go to the hotel in Ulricehamn to have Christmas dinner. I was involved during the planning of everything, and we did hit a few bumps on the way, but I think it'll work out fine. :-)
Another thing, a storm called Sven hit Sweden last night, so we've got a couple of inches of snow now. Posted a photo on instagram... Let's see... oh, here it is:http://instagram.com/p/hkszrLxWio/

A month has already past since I last posted here.
I'm sorry that I have kept you waiting.
Haven't lost any weight since last time either, because I've not
been feeling too well. It'll pass, and I will jump back up on the horse again.
I have about 35 kilos to go, so it's 10 kilos less than it was.
A quarter of all the weight I need to lose is gone, and that's nice.
So, what are my plans for the future?
Family, of course, is one part of my plan. Also, I'm trying
to get traction on my youtube channel. Need to work a
bit harder there, I'll give you that. It's almost December 1st, so
I really need to start recording if I'm gonna have a chance to
fulfil my goal of one clip per day from the 1st through the 25th.
That's 25 clips in 25 days...
What are your plans for December? :-)

So I was at the gym again yesterday. Workin' out, sweatin' and stuff...
When I got home I decided to add up the combined weight of what I lifted.
Turns out, it was more than 12 metric tonnes. I'm happy with that, although I
know that people can lift more...
Considering me beeing out of shape, hence the weight loss journey, I know I should be happy. :-)
Also, crosstrainer and excercises for my back was executed. :-)
